  • The affirmations and meditative pages in this book have been proven to help us focus our thoughts on our recovery if we read from it each day and reflect on what it is saying to us. The daily affirmations were created from a space of love and gratitude by ACA members with time in the program. They were made specifically for our program, which has saved countless lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
  • This book was authored by and for the Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional families (ACA and ACoA) fellowship. Its seeds were planted during the final development of the Fellowship text, also referred to as the Big Red Book (BRB).
